Spring 2011 - Highlights

• Provided expert testimony on behalf of Kingsberg Monetary Corporation at the OMB for an 800 unit mixed use development at 1221 Markham Road in Scarborough.

• Retained by First Capital Realty to spearhead the redevelopment of Parkway Mall in Toronto.

• Retained by the Conservatory Group to provide expert testimony at the Superior Court of Justice in an ongoing real estate litigation.

• Retained by Real Storage Inc. of Calgary, a developer and operator of self-storage warehouses across Western Canada, to develop their first facility in downtown Toronto.

• Retained by The Lodges of Blue Mountain to provide expert testimony at the OMB re: Short Term Accommodation in Town of The Blue Mountains.
